C.S. Kelly & Co. Solicitors, is a long established and highly regarded legal service provider based in Market House, Buncrana, County Donegal.

Founded in 1945 by Charles S. Kelly who was a Sole Practitioner until Ciaran MacLochlainn joined the Firm in 1975 becoming a Partner in 1978 and thereafter taking over the practice. Ciaran MacLochlainn became the State Prosecuting Solicitor for the County of Donegal in 1983 and was involved in every major Trial in the County for 22 years, when, he stepped back from this position in 2005 thereafter focusing on the Criminal Defence and Civil Litigation on a private basis. Joseph P. Davies joined the practice in Partnership. Joe Davies is a founding member of the local Bar Association for Donegal as well as a Notary Public.

The practice over the years has been involved in many high profile cases both on a local level as well as National landmark cases and including cases within the Fishery Industry as well as many drink driving prosecutions and fatal injury actions. The practice was instructed in the Omagh Bombing tragedy and has been involved over the years with various other cross border matters including many Northern Irish Inquests.
