Anne Marie joined C.S. Kelly in 2007. Having previously worked for many years in a high profile Dublin Practice where she was a Partner, Anne Marie practised primarily in Personal Injury Litigation but became increasingly involved in complex Medical Negligence cases as well as multi party actions involving issues such as sexual abuse and contaminated blood products. Her background in Medical Negligence has enabled her to acquire the very necessary skills and experience to specialise in this difficult and complex area of practice.

She has brought many High Court Medical Negligence cases to Trial successfully including cases of birth trauma, cerebral palsy and cases where substandard care and treatment provided has resulted in catastrophic injury with life long implications.

Having over twenty years dedicated experience handling Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Actions, Anne Marie has developed a reputation in this area in ensuring that her clients achieve the best possible outcome that the Law will permit.
