Chloe Hargan

Chloe graduated from Atlantic Technological University in June, 2020 with an Honours Bachelor of Law Degree. She commenced her legal career working full time in a general practice firm in Letterkenny, gaining experience across multiple practice areas. During this time, she completed her F.E.1 Examinations and began her professional training with the Law Society of Ireland in December, 2022.

Chloe qualified as a Solicitor in April, 2025 and joined C.S. Kelly & Co. LLP, Solicitors in September 2025.

Chloe serves on the Board of Directors of White Oaks Centre, a registered charity providing residential addiction treatment and recovery services.
